SHYAMAL GUPTA

Prof. Shyamal Gupta has completed his MBA from the world renowned Kellogg School of Management, Chicago, USA. Shyamal has also completed his Certified Public Accountancy (CPA) from Delaware USA. He has nearly 13 years of international experience working in reputed organizations including the World Bank, Washington DC, USA. At the World Bank, he has worked in the Treasury department on both the borrowing and investment side. He has also worked extensively for the African, South American and Latin American regions on financial modeling and financial management issues. Shyamal has also worked for Ernst & Young and Arthur Anderson, Hong Kong and India. He has done several mergers and acquisitions, anti- fraud consulting, business process improvements, stock exchange listings in Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Philippines, India and Europe.

SHISHIR PRIYADARSHI

Prof. Shishir Priyadarshi has nearly 14 years of international experience working in the World Trade Organisation, Geneva and has worked closely on issues of concern to developing countries in the context of the Doha Round; in planning, implementing and monitoring Aid for Trade projects. He has an excellent overview and understanding of the International Financial and Trade Architecture and has a long experience of conducting workshops, seminars and technical assistance in the Asia-Pacific region, in particular in India. He is an alumnus of the University of Reading, UK, and is also a visiting faculty at ISB Hyderabad.

WILLIAM H. GRIFFIN

Prof. William Griffin holds an MBA in Human Resource Management from the University of Missouri, Columbia where he currently works as a lecturer. He has over 40 years of extensive experience in numerous organisations of repute. He has held a number of senior positions during his distinguished career including VP-Organizational Development, Right Management Consultants Inc., COO, Teleco Inc., amongst others. He has significant international business experience in numerous industries including Oil and Gas and the Travel Industry. He is credited with starting businesses in 21 countries and has operated in over 45 countries. His areas of expertise include HRM, Change Management, Leadership Development, Organizational Development, Team Building, Assessment and Internship Practicum courses.

P. K. GUPTA

Mr. P. K. Gupta is a distinguished Finance Professional with 38 years experience in the field of Investment Banking. He has to his credit numerous professional contributions including Managing Director of PNB Capital Services Limited, Trustee Member of Corporation Bank Economic Foundation and Member of RBI Committee on CFSP & IBPS. He is associated with a number of companies as an Independent Director. His appointment as Chairman and Managing Director of Union Bank of India (UBI) enabled him to leverage his wide experience in banking that helped to significantly increase UBI's competitiveness. Mr. Gupta is also a Fellow of Indian Institute of Banking and Finance.

PIERRE ROSTAN

Dr Pierre Rostan, holds a Ph.D. in Administration, concentration finance and is the Department Head & Professor of Finance in Montpellier Business School, Montpellier. He is a distinguished academician having diverse experience in the field of finance, encompassing areas like derivative products, corporate finance, financial engineering, portfolio management, fixed- income securities, international finance, applied statistics in finance, stochastic calculus and foreign currency speculation. Besides this, he also has extensive knowledge of quantitative tools used in finance and has to his credit many articles published in reputed national and international journals.

ALEXANDRA ROSTAN

Prof. Alexandra Rostan holds an MSc in Concentration Fiance from McGill University, Canada as well as a graduate diploma in Financial Engineering. She currently teaches international economics and corporate accounting at Montpellier Business School, France. She has over 10 years of experience in academics and has taught in reputed institutions including the university of Quebec, Montreal, Canada and has a number of researcher papers to her credit. Her areas of expertise include international economics, risk management, portfolio management, fixed-income securities, international finance, applied statistics in finance, stochastic calculus and quantitative tools in finance.

S.P. GUPTA

Prof. S.P. Gupta holds a Ph.D from Banaras Hindu University and has more than 40 years of rich experience in academics as well as industry. He has authored 15 books and 16 research papers in journals of National and International repute in the field of Finance and Accounting. He has also guided more than 50 doctoral candidates during his distinguished career. He has also been a visiting faculty to a number of top business schools in the country.

MANISH KUMAR

Prof. Manish Kumar completed his Masters in Computer Applications in the year 1997. He also holds a Ph.D. from Gurukula Kangri Vishwavidyalaya, Haridwar in the area of Computer Science. The major thrust of his research has been to develop graphical models using different iterative procedures. He has about 14 years experience in teaching, research and administration. He has taught at various reputed Institutes during the course of his career and has a number of research papers and articles to his credit. Some of his papers have been published in reputed journals like IEEE, IJCST, ICCA etc. Along with research work, he also acts as a guide to students pursuing their Ph.D.

DINA NATH VARMA

Prof. (Brig.) Dina Nath Varma, an alumnus of the National Defence Academy, The Indian Military Academy and Staff Courses of the Indian Armed Forces, has over 40 years of experience in teaching and training, command and staff assignments. During the course of his service from 1967 to 2007 in the Indian Army, he was decorated with a presidential award for gallantry. He has taught in institutions and training establishments both in India and abroad in Bhutan and Israel. As the Deputy Director General of NCC of Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand from 2005 to 2007, he trained and shaped more than three lac students of various colleges and institutions. An expert in imparting soft skills and image building activity, he currently heads the Leadership Development Programmme (LDP) at Shri Ram Murti Smarak International Business School, Lucknow.

VIJAY PRAKASH ANAND

Prof. Vijay Prakash Anand is a management post-graduate in Marketing from Symbiosis, Pune. He has about 14 years of experience in the field of Advertising, Marketing, Academics and Research. His areas of expertise include Marketing Management, Integrated Marketing Communication and Advertising & Sales Promotions. He has taught at leading B-Schools in India like Symbiosis, Pune, Bharti Vidyapeeth, Pune, S. P. Jain, Mumbai, Pune University MBA Department as a visiting faculty member and in EMPI Business School, New Delhi, NIILM Centre for Management Studies, New Delhi and IES Management College, Mumbai University, Mumbai as a full-time faculty member. He has edited several newsletters and newsmagazines and presented multiple papers in national and international conferences. He has authored a popular book on marketing called 'Marketing Management, An Indian Perspective' and has also published papers in journals of national repute.

EKTA RASTOGI

Prof. (Dr) Ekta Rastogi holds a Ph.D degree from Department of Commerce, Lucknow University and has over 14 years of experience in the field of management education, research and administration. She has also completed her MBA from Lucknow University. Besides, she also holds an M.Sc.(IT) and a MCA from Allahabad Agricultural Institute. She has authored 3 books and numerous research papers in journals of National and International repute. She has been associated with various reputed educational institutes during the course of her career including Lucknow University, Amity University and IILM. She has also served as a corporate trainer for organisations' such as Reliance Communications, Bank of Baroda and BIRD. She has served as a Consultant for the Lucknow Chapter of CII. Her major areas of interest are Marketing, International Business and HRM.

VANDNA MISRA

Dr. Vandna Misra is a Ph. D. in Finance from the University of Lucknow and also holds a postgraduate degree in Management. Her area of specialization is Accounting and Finance. She has more than 8 years of experience in the field of academics and has taught in reputed institututions including Kanpur University and Jaipuria Institute of Management, Lucknow. Her area of research is stock market efficiency. She has presented numerous papers in national and international seminars and conferences in the area of Finance and has publications to her credit in journals of national repute.

TAUSEEF IRFAN

Prof. Tauseef Irfan holds an undergraduate degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering and well as a degree in Management from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Roorkee with a specialization in Operations and Marketing. He brings with him more than 8 years of varied experience in Academia as well as Industry, and has worked in reputed organizations like GE and Cognizant Technologies limited prior to joining academics. He has worked in numerous domains including commercial insurance, medical systems and marketing analytics.

ABHA R. DIXIT

Prof. Abha.R.Dixit, is pursuing her Ph.D. from Poorvanchal University. She has done her M. Phil.(ELT) from Banasthali Vidyapith. She has an experience of more than 6 years in academics and has authored 2 comprehensive books on Professional Communication. She has also presented papers in various National and International Conferences and has published 3 research papers; one in a National and two in International journals. Her area of specialization is English language teaching, Phonetics and Phonology and Soft Skills. She is also an active member of many literary groups.
